Refund Policy

**30-day money-back guarantee**
We want you to love your StarDrape LED curtain lights. If you are not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

**Right of withdrawal (EU customers)**
If you live in the European Union, you also have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

**Return conditions**
To be eligible for a return, the lights must be in the same condition you received them, with all their parts (light strands, USB controller and remote control) and their original packaging. This does not apply to items that arrived damaged or defective.

**How to start a return**
Email us at stardrape@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the instructions and the return address. Please do not send any item back without contacting us first.

**Return shipping costs**
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or is different from what you ordered. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

**Damaged, defective or wrong items**
Please check your order when it arrives. If the lights are damaged, do not work, or are not what you ordered, email us at stardrape@outlook.com with your order number and a photo or video, and we will send you a replacement or give you a full refund at no extra cost.

**Exchanges**
If you need a different size (number of LEDs) or color, email us at stardrape@outlook.com and we will help you exchange it, subject to availability.

**Refunds**
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show the refund.

**Your legal rights**
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity under applicable consumer law.
