**General information**
This website is operated by StarDrape. By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

**Who can use this store**
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you buy from our store.

**Products**
We do our best to show our products, colors and sizes as accurately as possible. Light colors and brightness may look slightly different depending on your screen and your room. The curtain, curtain rod and other decorations shown in our photos are not included unless stated in the product description.

**Product safety**
StarDrape curtain lights are decorative lighting, not a toy. Use them indoors unless the product description states otherwise. Follow the included instructions, use a suitable USB power source, do not use the lights if any part is damaged, and keep them away from water, heat sources and open flames. Keep small parts and any remote control battery out of reach of children and pets, and unplug the lights when they are not in use.

**Prices and payment**
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Promotions and discounts are only valid while they are shown in the store. Payment is charged in full when you place your order, through the secure payment methods available at checkout.

**Orders**
After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

**Shipping and delivery**
Shipping times and conditions are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

**Returns and refunds**
Returns and refunds are described in our Refund Policy, which includes our 30-day money-back guarantee and the 14-day right of withdrawal for EU customers.

**Intellectual property**
All content in this store, including the StarDrape name, logo, texts, images and videos, belongs to StarDrape or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

**Prohibited uses**
You may not use this store for unlawful purposes, to infringe the rights of others, to provide false information, or to interfere with the security or operation of the website.

**Limitation of liability**
To the extent permitted by law, StarDrape is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the store or its products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

**Governing law**
These Terms of Service are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
